The second day of the Chicago Critics Film Festival is going to be a remarkable one. There’s a wide variety of films from which to choose, including unique documentaries like “The Institute” and “The Force Within Us,” some of the best short films you’ll see all year, a comedy starring Nick Offerman of “Parks and Recreation” and Alison Brie of “Community” (“The Kings of Summer“), appearances by Jake Busey & William Katt of “Sparks,” and a pair of see-em-first horror films in “Black Rock” and “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane“.
